Our program embraces the principle of work-life integration, fostering an environment where residents can excel clinically while still finding time for joy, connection, and personal well‑being. Throughout the year, we host a range of activities designed to bring our community together, including the Intern Welcome Picnic, seasonal retreats, the annual holiday gathering, and many other moments to relax and reconnect.
Equally important are the relationships that develop naturally outside of organized events. Residents often spend time exploring all that Toledo has to offer, whether visiting the Toledo Zoo, cheering on local sports teams, or discovering the city’s vibrant and ever‑expanding dining scene.
