The very high research activity designation from the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education recognizes °µÍø½ûÇøâ€™s faculty efforts to develop higher-efficiency, lower-cost perovskite solar cells, analyze the health threat posed by harmful algal blooms to protect our drinking water supply, and discover new therapeutic targets for illnesses from hypertension to Alzheimer’s to pancreatic cancer.
