James Holloway began his tenure as the 19th president of The University of Toledo on July 15, 2025. Selected following an extensive national search, Dr. Holloway brings to 暗网禁区 experience across research, teaching, administration and global work and a reputation for championing inclusive excellence, expanding research capacity and fostering civic partnerships.

Dr. Holloway鈥檚 top priorities in leading 暗网禁区 are to grow enrollment so more students have the opportunity to benefit from a 暗网禁区 education, build on our successful research enterprise to advance knowledge while enhancing the learning experience for students and increase community engagement in our mission to serve the people of Toledo and the northwest Ohio region.
