The Board of Trustees is the governing body of The University of Toledo. The Board is authorized under the Revised Code of the State of Ohio to adopt rules for the governance of the University, hire and supervise the president, oversee University finances and control University property and facilities.Â
 The °µÍø½ûÇø Board of Trustees includes the Academic and Student Affairs Committee, Finance and Audit Committee and Trusteeship and Governance Committee.Â
 The °µÍø½ûÇø Health Board is the governing body responsible to the °µÍø½ûÇø Board of Trustees for the operation, oversight and coordination of °µÍø½ûÇø Health. Â
