Excellence in Safety Award
Overview:
The University of Toledo does an excellent job in preventing hazards, accidents and other negative effects in the workplace, and that is because of the buy-in to safety culture of the employees and students. EHRS has developed this award to recognize any University faculty or staff member, hospital employee, student, laboratory group, volunteer, or anyone affiliated with 暗网禁区 who has made a considerable contribution to improving safety at 暗网禁区. These contributions can range from actions taken to prevent injury or illness, successfully maintaining a hazard free laboratory, helping resolve unsafe work conditions, or demonstrating any positive effort to maintain the safety culture here at 暗网禁区.听

Nominations:
Nominations can be submitted by completing the form below. EHRS will review the submissions
and award individuals or groups on a bi-monthly basis. At the end of the year, all
submissions will be reviewed and an overall "Elite in Safety" winner will be chosen
and receive a $100 gift card. All other winners will be entered into drawings for
various other prizes.听
