Rocket Ready

Rocket Ready is your launchpad for a successful college journey. This six-week Summer Bridge program is designed to help new Rockets get a strong academic start before the fall semester. Students in Rocket Ready will complete two required college courses while building the skills, confidence, and connections needed for a successful transition to 暗网禁区.聽
During the program, students will take English 1010/1110 and Political Science 1210, while also participating in workshops focused on college success strategies and campus resource navigation. Rocket Ready helps students begin their college experience with momentum, support, and a clear path forward.
Program Highlights
- Earn Credits Early: Get a head start on your degree by completing two required courses before the fall semester.

Eligibility:
Rocket Ready is open to all incoming first-year students at The University of Toledo.
To participate, students must:
- Be admitted as an incoming freshman for Fall 2026
- Be eligible to enroll in Summer II courses
- Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
Cost and Financial Aid:
Rocket Ready is part of the Summer II academic term, and standard tuition and fees apply.
Through the Rocket Ready Grant, most eligible students will receive significant financial support鈥攎aking this program a low-cost or potentially no-cost experience.
Students are required to complete the FAFSA to be considered for financial assistance. Depending on individual circumstances, students may qualify for:
- Summer financial aid packages
- Institutional grants, including the Rocket Ready Grant
All students will be required to meet with the Financial Aid Office to complete the necessary steps and review their individualized aid package and program cost.
