Dr. Peeters is an educational psychometrician, educational research methodologist, and clinical pharmacist.Ìý He obtained his B.Sc.Pharm. from the University of Alberta [Edmonton, AB], and his Pharm.D. from the University of Washington [Seattle, WA]. Thereafter, he completed a two-year Pharmacotherapy specialty residency with the School of Pharmacy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center [Lubbock, TX].Ìý At that time, he attained his Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS). As a faculty member at The University of Toledo, he completed his M.Ed. and Ph.D. focused in Educational Research and Measurement. Additionally, he has obtained certificates from The University of Toledo in Biostatistics & Epidemiology, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy in Teaching & Learning as well as Leadership & Management.
