The focus of Dr. Pocotte's current research and scholarship is Interprofessional Endeavors in the Health Sciences. Her basic science experience is a common thread among the themes of Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Continuing Education, Complementary Care Modalities, Medication Adverse Events Across the Continuum of Care, best practices for graduate education and Evidence-Based Models to improve underrepresented minority graduate student success in STEM graduate education and prepare them for entry into the professoriate.
As a faculty at °µÍø½ûÇø, her research and scholarship has evolved to topics that are conducive to graduate nurse student scholarly needs, congruent with the School of Nursing program curriculum, demonstrative of non-clinical interprofessional role in health care, and developing benchmarks for graduate education and diversity.ÌýÌý
